description
STANDS FOR MOBILE PHONES AND SIMILAR ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT
Electronic hand-held devices such as mobile phones, remote controls and palmtops are usually equipped with a keyboard and a display, which is sometimes designed as a touch screen. To even if these devices are not held in the hand but are for example placed on a table or the like, convenient to use and to be able to conveniently view the display, different holders exist. For example, for the motor vehicle sector there are holders for mobile phones, which are adapted to the mobile phone housing and are firmly connected to the vehicle. For palmtops (electronic calendars) there are holders that can be placed on a stand (table or similar) and also adapted to the case of the palmtop.
The utility model DE 201 04 339 U1 shows a stand according to the preamble of the protection claim. 1
The base plate shown there is the inclined contact surface for a bottom of the shorter support plate aufzulegendes electronic device.
Starting from a common, central recess, the shorter support plate is pivoted out of the recess out there and the lower, longer support plate is the bottom-side support of the base plate on a mounting plane and is pivoted back out of the recess. However, there is the disadvantage that the electronic device to be held rests with its bottom-side end face on the shorter support plate, but that the device itself is held only by the edge of the recess in the base plate.
For this reason, the recess can not be designed rectangular in order to prevent falling through of possibly small devices through this recess.
Due to the multi-curved and stepped shape of the recess therefore a higher punching costs in the manufacture of such a device stand is required.
After the longer support plate is pivoted to the rear out of the recess and is supported with its lower free end on a mounting plane, the support surface of the obliquely standing on a mounting plane base plate on which the mobile device is applied, low.
After the two support plates are pivotally mounted on hinges on associated pivot axes in the base plate, there is also an increased effort in the production of these hinges, because the shorter support plate associated film hinge has a swinging out of the shorter support plate forward from the base plate and the opposite hinge must allow swinging out of the longer support plate to the rear out of the base plate out.
The film hinges must therefore be designed in each case in the opposite directions as unilaterally open grooves, resulting in an increased production cost in the production of such a stand for mobile electronic devices.
The Korean patent application KR 2012 009 502 1 A shows in Figure 6 a stand for an electronic device with a bottom plate, which simultaneously forms the base plate of the stand. From this base plate two equal length support plates are swung out and attach to the front and back of the device. However, since the support plates abut approximately at the same height on the device, this is not held stable and can tip over the rear support plate due to the lying over the point of application of the rear support plate center of gravity.
The innovation is therefore based on the object, a stand, in particular for an electronic device, so educate that at a lower manufacturing cost a safer
Stand of the stand is given on a footprint.
To solve the problem, the innovation is characterized by the technical teaching of claim 1.
Feature of the innovation is that now the base plate forms a resting on the setup level stator plate, which means that on the setup level is a large plate that ensures a secure footing.
This is in contrast to the prior art, because in the prior art, the inclined base plate was supported only by the free rear end of the longer support plate on the installation level, while now the base itself forms the standing on the installation level stator plate.
Thus, the risk of falling over the stand is significantly reduced even with shock or vibration.
After the further feature of the technical teaching of claim 1 is now provided that the longer support plate is formed with its separated from the free cut free end face to rest against the back of the electronic device to be supported.
The device is therefore no longer supported by the peripheral edge of a recess in a base plate, as known in the prior art, but the device is supported with its back from the free end face of the longer support plate back.
Thus, any devices can be reliably supported even with small outlines and different designs on the back, because there is only a linear support by the free pivoting end of the longer support plate instead.
After the further feature of the characterizing part of the protection claim 1 it is provided that both support plates from the front of the punching blank out upward (or forward) are pivotable.
This means that the two support plates respectively associated film hinges are each opened in the same manner to the front, whereby the manufacturing cost is reduced in the production of the film hinges, because both hinges can be made with the same tool in the same position of the base plate , A turn of the base plate after the production of the first film hinge in the transition to the production of the second film hinge can be omitted in the innovation.
In addition to a more stable training of the stand, the present innovation therefore also ensures an improved rear holder of a stored on the stand electronic device, regardless of the outline of the electronic device to be held.
According to a further feature of one of the subclaims, it is provided that the two extending in the longitudinal direction and the end plates edge bounding cutouts are formed in a straight line. It therefore no longer requires a multi-contoured recess, as known in the prior art, but it is now possible to make the edge sides of the recess also straight, because the edge sides of the recess are now no longer the holder of the electronic device. This also reduces the manufacturing costs and costs of a scrap tool.
Of course, the innovation provides in a further development of any recess on the edge bordering free cuts in order to form from this recess, the two oppositely directed support plates.
Accordingly, it is readily possible to form not only straight running cutouts for marginal boundary of the two oppositely pivotally mounted support plates, but also to use any other arcuate, zigzag-shaped semicircular and the like shaped contours for the free cuts and the two opposite pivot mounted support plates to give a corresponding contour.
According to a further feature of the innovation is provided that the two film hinges each in the unfolded state of the support plates, if they are still in a plane with the base plate, in cross section at the free upper end have a widening cross-section.
Both film hinges are preferably formed as a dilute cross section in the plastic material of the base plate. However, if one forms this thinned cross-section with an outwardly widening cross-section, there is the advantage that thus the pivotal movement of the two support plates is limited by limiting stops.
In a preferred embodiment of the innovation, it is provided that the outer dimensions of the base plate be about 5 x 8 cm. The novelty is in no way limited to this; the sizes given here are each only preferred embodiments, which can be changed in any way.
In the above-mentioned outer dimensions of the base plate, a thickness of the base plate in the range between 2 to 4 mm is preferred. It is preferably formed from plastic material. However, it may be formed of a plastic composite material, such as. As plastic paper, plastic film materials and the like.
In a preferred embodiment, moreover, provided that the dimension of the longer support plate is about 2, 5 cm x 5 cm and that of the shorter support plate about 2, 5 cm x 1 cm.
The subject of the present invention results not only from the subject matter of the individual claims, but also from the combination of the individual claims with each other.
All in the documents, including the summary disclosed details and features, in particular the spatial design shown in the drawings, are claimed as essential to the invention, as far as they are new individually or in combination over the prior art.
In the following, the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to drawings showing only one embodiment. Here are from the drawings and their description further features essential to the invention and advantages of the invention.
[0033] FIG. 1: top view of a base plate in the form of a stamped blank FIG. 2: side view of the stand with the holder of an electronic device [0036] FIG. 3: an enlarged section through the punch blank of FIG Base plate according to FIG. 1 FIG. 4: the detail IV in FIG. 3 FIG. 5: the detail V in FIG. 3 [0039] FIG. 6: a perspective view of the stator after the innovation in the folded and unfolded state [0040] FIG. FIG. 7: another view in comparison to FIG. 6 FIG. 8: a third view in comparison to FIG. 6 FIG. 1 shows the plan view of a base plate 1, which consists of a stamped blank 14, which in unfolded form Condition forms a continuous planar base plate 1.
In the middle region of the base plate 1, a central cut-out 15 is arranged, which is formed on the longitudinal side by two free cuts 4, 5 which are parallel to one another and a mutual distance from each other.
Each of the two cutouts 4, 5 adjoins the left side on a first film hinge 7, while the right side of the free cuts 4, 5 adjacent to a right side film hinge 8. The longitudinal axis of the film hinges 7, 8 extends perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the free cuts 4, 5.
Through the two cutouts 4, 5, two mutually opposite support plates 2, 3 are cut out of the central cutout 15 of the base plate 1, which are each connected at one end to the respective film hinge 7, 8.
Characterized in that a transverse to the cutouts 4, 5 extending free punch 6 is present, thus resulting in a longer support plate 2, the left side is connected by the film hinge 7 pivotally connected to the body of the base plate 1 and also a shorter support plate 3, which is pivotally connected via the film hinge 8 with the adjoining material of the base plate 1. According to the innovation, the two support plates 2, 3 are pivoted upwards out of the cutout 15, as shown in FIG.
It follows that the free pivotable end of the longer support plate 2 has an end face 18 which is provided for engagement with the back 17 of an electronic device 10 to be held.
This holding surface can be shaped and contoured in any desired manner. She may just be trained; However, it may also be arcuate, jagged and formed in any other contour to allow a possible positive engagement with the back of an electronic device 10 to be held. It may also be coated with a friction-enhancing coating or otherwise connected.
According to Figure 2, the shorter support plate 3 is also swung up out of the cutout 15 in the same direction and then forms a contact surface 20 on which the bottom-side end face 19 of the electronic device 10 is applied.
The entire stand shown in Figure 2 is thus secured against shifting and tilt-proof on a mounting plane 16, because the large-scale base plate 1 accommodates any resulting tilting moments.
3 shows a section through the base plate 1 in the longitudinal direction, wherein the nature and arrangement of the film hinges shown 7, 8 is exaggerated in relation to the length ratios.
It can be seen that the two film hinges 7, 8 are each opened upwards, d. H. its opening is directed towards the same side of the base plate 1, whereby the manufacturing cost for the production of the film hinges 7, 8 is reduced.
The film hinges 7, 8 are each formed as a dilute from the cross section of the base plate 1, one-sided open grooves, each tapering upwards. FIG. 3 also shows that the longer support plate 2 can be pivoted upward in the direction of the arrow 11 and the shorter support plate 3 can also be pivoted upward out of the base plate 1 in the direction of the arrow 12 in the region of the film hinges 7, 8.
The film hinge 7 is shown in Figure 4 in section in the folded and unfolded state schematized. There it can be seen that the upper edge of the recess is open conically outwards and each forming opposing abutment surfaces 9, which form a stop boundary in the folded state of the longer support plate 2 (if this is weggeschwemmt in the direction of arrow 11).
Thus, the pivoting of the longer support plate 2 is limited.
Figure 5 shows schematically the contour of the film hinge 8, in which also opposite abutment surfaces 13a, 13b are present, which abut each other in the folded state, to ensure that the shorter support plate 3 at an angle of about 90 ° out of the plane the base plate 1 can be swung out, while the longer support plate 2, for example, at an angle of 40 to 80 ° out of the plane of the base plate 1 can be swung out.
Figures 6 to 8 each show different views of the stand in the erected and in the folded state.
It can be seen that the entire surface resting on the erection level 16 base plate 1 forms a secure support for the electronic device 10 to be held and the voltage applied to the back 17 of the electronic device 10 free leg of the longer support plate 2 with its front side 18th forms a reliable support on the back of the electronic device 10.
